Who we are

Bridging the gap between potential and purpose

Welcome to the Teen Girls to Giants Foundation, where we believe every teenage girl has the potential to stand tall, lead boldly, and transform her world.

Founded by Dr Airat Adeola Bakare, a reproductive biologist and teen girls’ coach, TGGF combines science, education, mentorship and community engagement to help girls make informed choices and shape their futures.

Through education and structured mentorship led by professional coaches, we guide girls on a transformative journey of self-discovery, confidence, responsible citizenship, and growth.

Voices from the movement

Girls, parents and mentors share what changed when support met potential.

Before TGGF I was too shy to speak in class. Today I lead my school’s girls’ club and I understand my body without shame.

My daughter came home and taught me things I never knew about menstrual health. The parent workshop changed how we talk at home.

Mentoring with TGGF is the most rewarding thing I do. Watching a quiet girl grow into a confident speaker is unforgettable.
